The AI agent validates key information, flag inconsistencies, and determines whether a record is ready to approve or should be routed for human verification. Edge cases are escalated to the right team members, while straightforward records move through the workflow with a complete audit trail in the Woflow platform.

Every decision is captured and synced back to the customer’s ticketing system, giving operations teams clear visibility into what was reviewed, what was approved, what was flagged, and why. This created a high-trust, auditable AI workflow for one of the most sensitive operational processes in healthcare.

How it works
